Lead Cleaner

Position: House Cleaner - Lead Cleaner - Part Time

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Supervisor: Office General Manager

Pay: $15-$23

Description:

Work for a new branded maid service company. Potential to join as an early member and gain access to promotion opportunities. Good job for a self starter. • Travel to customer houses and perform assigned cleaning
• Drive company car
• Prepare cleaning supplies
• Adhere to company cleaning manual
• Train and supervise junior cleaners
• Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting, bedroom cleaning, living room cleaning, deep cleaning

Requirements:

The following requirements will lead to success in the interview and in this position

• 1-2 years of house cleaning experience
• Leadership skills and the ability to take charge
• Really high standards for cleaning excellence
• MUST MUST possess a current and valid driver’s license to travel to office and to drive company branded vehicle to cleaning sites
• Residential house cleaning preferred, but may take other experience for someone who is a critical thinker and makes good decisions on their own
