```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Carpentry Foreman to join our team. As a General Carpentry Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets established standards
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Drivers licence is required.
- Provide your own tools and transportation.
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
