Lead Carpenter / Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

-fully responsible for materials purchase and installation for Residential Remodeling jobs

-I will give you the job details (address, photos, scope of work, materials to be used, etc.). You will take the truck and tool trailer to the job and purchase materials as necessary to complete the remodel. Some jobs can be completed in half a day. Others take weeks. 

-skills necessary: trim carpentry, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, tile, floating floors, minor plumbing and electrical, lead subcontractors, communicate with homeowners

-5+ years remodeling experience preferred

-drivers license required - must have experience pulling a trailer

-full time or part time

-This is an independent contractor position. Pay is based on experience, ability to lead, and ability to communicate with customers
