SalaryDecked Out Builders is an A list deck construction company serving the city of Virginia Beach for over 35 years. We have been honored with the most prestigious design awards in the industry, that includes: custom wood decks, composite decks, gazebos, and screened porches.
We are currently seeking carpenters to be Crew Leaders with experience building custom decks and porches. We are also seeking experienced carpenters willing to work their way up to that position. Must have your own tools and transportation.
Responsibilities
- framing
- Installation of wood, Azek or composite decks, and railings
- installation of gazebos, porches, and more
Qualified candidate will possess the following characteristics:

- hardworking (wanting/willing to work 40 hr weeks)
Pay $18-30+ per hour Based on experience and production levels. Looking for in-house employees or sub-contractors.
