We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various construction projects. ```Duties```
- Coordinate and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install various materials
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with other team members, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide guidance and training to junior carpenters
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in working with hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with various construction materials, such as siding, stucco, masonry, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in restoration projects is a plus
