Lead Carpenter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, including masonry, restoration, water damage restoration, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and more. This is a full-time position that requires heavy lifting and the ability to perform mold remediation tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and construction workers
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Plan and execute carpentry projects according to specifications
- Install cabinets, flooring, and other carpentry components
- Perform masonry work for restoration projects
- Conduct water damage restoration tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Mold remediation certification is a plus
