Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care franchise, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving and be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our senior clients in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full-time individual contributor role with a salary range of $20-24 per hour.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance to senior clients according to their individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the Care Coordinator
- Encourage and support client's independence and engage them in activities
- Ensure safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team
- Train, mentor, and supervise new caregivers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors
- Active CNA certification
- Knowledge of senior care and aging-related issues
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
