Form of workClement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Lead Caregiver for our Assisted Living.
The Lead Caregiver provides high quality, safe care that meets the physical, mental and psychosocial needs of the participants. Care is provided in a manner that promotes independence and protects participant rights.
Both positions are 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm):
Full-Time: 64hrs per two weeks
Part-Time: 48hrs per two weeks
Education and Job Summary;
Completion of CBRF Certification Courses - First Aid, Medication Administration, Fire Safety, and Standard Precautions are required.
Acts as a role model for staff, demonstrating a high standard of service to clients and staff.
Must Effectively administer medication to residents:
- Practices all aspects of state of WI CBRF medication administration.
- Adheres to delegated duties given as it pertains to medication handling.
- Follows the Six Rights of Medication Administration
Assist residents with their requests and needs.
Assists during meal service.
Assists in life enrichment activities.
Assists in promoting a neat and clean environment.
Participate in ongoing education and training that is provided.
