We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in front-of- house catering operations. The person selected for this role will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience. Requirements:
- Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Ability to supervise and mentor servers, bartending staff, and cooks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Responsible for professional alcoholic beverage practices
- Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels in all areas of service
- Compliance with local and state VDH regulations
- Must have valid driver’s license and able to drive large catering vans
- Physical condition to tolerate standing for long periods: bending, reaching, carrying and lifting up to 25lbs.
