Lead Brewer
Reports to:
Head Brewer
POSITION SUMMARY
This Lead Brewer position is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of beer production. They will work closely with the head brewer in developing production schedules, recipes, and leading the team in upkeep of the brewery, cellar, and brewery equipment.

REQUIRED:
Formal brewing education and/or equivalent commercial brewing experience
A passion for craft beer, quality, and innovation.
Computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading a team towards beer production completion.
Knowledge of manufacturing regulations.
