WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Lead a group of Asset Technicians
• Imaging and provisioning of desktops & Laptops, both Mac and PC
• Configuration of Telco devices, both Apple & Android
• Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests
• Deployment of desktops, laptops, phones (mobile & Desk) & Monitors
• Ensure safe disposal of equipment
• Work with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy
• Restock of IT cabinets and vending machines
• Manage e-waste solution & donation requests
• Collection of IT equipment from employees (Terminations, Upgrades etc.)
• Manage incoming task queues daily
• Coordination of delivery of New Hire equipment, ensuring timely delivery per request
• Assigning access points
• Asset tag auditing and management
• Receiving new hardware (inbound stock)
• Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead
• Partner with shipping and outbound teams to ensure accurate displacement of assets
• Assist with special projects assigned by client
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
1+ years leading or supervising a group of 5 or more employees
• Preferred - Experience with working knowledge of the Imaging and Provisioning
processes for Computers, Cell Phones, and Mobile Devices
• Experience working in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with inventory management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional communication skills to internal and external clients
• Effective Time management abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team orientated
