Lead Assembler - Ag Equipment

Qualifications:

• Experience in equipment assembly
• Ability to interpret quality control standards
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Understand tolerances, measurements, and inspection of whole goods
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Inspect completed equipment prior to shipping
• Conduct daily 5S activities
• Navigate daily flow interrupters and respond successfully
• Assemble equipment as needed in each assembly station
• Communicate with supervisor and team of assemblers
• Perform other duties as assigned with minimal supervision
• Work alongside other employees as a positive team leader
• Keep a clean and organized work area

Schedule/Salary:

• 40+ hour work week
• Some Saturday work required
• Standard 1st shift 5:00-1:30 with overtime as needed (subject to approval)

• Fabrication Supervisor
