Job Description
Qualifications:
- Experience in equipment assembly
- Ability to interpret quality control standards
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Understand tolerances, measurements, and inspection of whole goods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed equipment prior to shipping
- Conduct daily 5S activities
- Navigate daily flow interrupters and respond successfully
- Assemble equipment as needed in each assembly station
- Communicate with supervisor and team of assemblers
- Perform other duties as assigned with minimal supervision
- Work alongside other employees as a positive team leader
- Keep a clean and organized work area
Schedule/Salary:
- 40+ hour work week
- Some Saturday work required
- Standard 1st shift 5:00-1:30 with overtime as needed (subject to approval)

- Fabrication Supervisor
