Lead And Assistant Preschool Teachers

Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Conduct regular assessments to track the progress of each child's development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage children in learning activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime to ensure their safety

Skills
-Willingness to learn and continue professional development -Able to have fun and engage with the kids -Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
- Proficiency in conducting assessments to track child progress
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
