Program Mentor| Elementary/Secondary Education(After-school Leadership Development Program)

Status: Part-Time[Non-Exempt]
Salary: $15-$20 hourly
Job Summary
TheProgram Mentorwill assist the Site LDP Director at our Hope Farm Morningside Location. M-F 3:00P-7:00PWork hours: 15-20 hrs. per week (some Saturdays will be required)
Job Responsibilities
- Love God more than anything! Love others! Be a disciple-making, disciple!
- Deliver and supervise program/activities for HOPE Farm, Inc., participants in the following categories:
- Bible Study
- Stewardship - create a roster of activities to assist with campus maintenance on grounds, dining hall tasks. Assign tasks to teams on a rotating schedule.
- Academic support - work with AcademicSpecialists. Serve as tutor or homework help resource during afterschool study periods.
- Recreation - Serve as a skills coach, referee during sports and recreationactivities
- Leadership development/Social skills:Including, but not limited toPublicspeaking,etiquette,study skills, the 16 Social Skills from Boys Town, the 4 Pillars of HOPE Farm,Financial literacy,etc.
- Ensure that all program activities are safe and staffed;Report any accidents/incidents immediately and follow all protocols.
- Act as a backup driver for after school pick-up
- Represent HOPE FarmInc., as needed at community, fundraising, or special events on/off-site.
- Other duties as directed by ProgramDirector

- Some weekend and/or evening hours are required for specialevents
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in education, coaching, or youth programsispreferred
- Current TX driver's license. clean driving record must pass standards for coverage by companycarrier
