- Provide direct counseling and support services in-person or through telehealth, with dignity and respect, to improve mental health and community wellness. Conduct psycho-educational, supportive crisis counseling, Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) in the residence or community.
- Observe and monitor clients' medication compliance.
- MHP/S must maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, that align with best practices and quality standards outlined in the treatment plan. Provide on-call crisis management specific duties including, but not limited to, crisis planning, crisis intervention, and support.
- Provide case management services and referrals to community agencies for clients and families. Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
