LBSW or LMSW, Kansas City

Social Work p.r.n. has an immediate opening for a LBSW or LMSW with an adult and pediatric rehabilitation program in KCMO. This is a Monday-Friday, full-time, temp and/or temp-to-perm position The social workers responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive psychosocial assessments and participation with the multidisciplinary team meetings

• Orientation and ongoing communication with participants/legal guardians on program goals, policies, and treatment updates

• Coordination of community resources for post discharge

• Family conferences and individual meetings with participants (adolescents and adults) on as needed basis.
