Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pesticide Applicator License is preferred.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Basic math skills for computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Experience with basic operations of cell phones and Microsoft Office.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift or move up to 75 pounds.
- Maintain and enhance the health of turf, ornamental trees, and shrubs on client properties.
- Apply fertilizer and weed control to lawns during regular visits.
- Perform additional lawn care applications such as mosquito, outdoor pest, fire ant control, and fungicide treatments.
- Manage daily tasks including organizing production and service calls, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and ensure tanks are filled with appropriate chemicals.
- Drive company service vehicles on service routes and promote add-on services to existing clients while developing new customers.
- Our Lawn Spray Technicians receive a competitive weekly compensation of $800 – $1,000, with the opportunity to earn commission after training is complete.
