Compensación: $15.00 per hour

Spring-Green Lawn Care Corp. is the franchisor of the Spring-Green® franchised system. Each Spring-Green® franchised business is independently-owned and operated by an independent franchisee performing services. If you are offered, and accept, a position with a Spring-Green® franchisee, you are employed by that franchisee, and NOT by Spring-Green Lawn Care Corp., nor any of its parents or affiliates. - No experience required, we offer paid training to obtain the required Oklahoma Pesticide License
- Must be 21 years of age
- Pay rate is $15+ for un-trained applicators
- $500.00 Bonus for licensed Pesticide applicators after 90 days
- Pay rate is $18+ for licensed Pesticide applicators
Responsibilities and Duties
General responsibilities include providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers including:
- Fertilization - Weed Control - Aeration - Seeding
- Communication with customers regarding lawn care services
- Driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer properties
- Completion of daily route assignments
- Cleaning and Maintaining of vehicle and equipment
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must possess valid Drivers' License with good driving record and pass MVR and background screen
- Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday as required
- Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in temperature ranges from teens to over 90 degrees and in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift and guide rotary spreader with total weight of 80-100 pounds and maneuver 400-foot spray hose
- Ability to follow driving directions and familiarity with assigned service area a plus
- Must be able to read and recall regulations and procedures and pass state issued pesticide exam
- Ability to work independently and provide good customer service
- Must possess a consistent positive attitude
