SalaryJob Responsibilities
· Service Residential & Commercial Customers with Lawn Maintenance services including; mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, and raking
· Ability to recommend services improve to the look and care of the lawn to both the customer and General Manager
· Ability to operate and maintain all equipment needed to care for customers lawns
· Properly track all services provided to each customers to ensure accurate billing
· Drive and safely operate company vehicles & equipment
· Lead Maintenance Crew to ensure efficiency of services
· Completes all tasks within expected timeline
· Participate as member of Snow Removal Team during Winter Season
· Other duties assigned
Job Qualifications
· Prefer previous Lawn Maintenance experience required
· Adhere to all Simmons Landscaping Company Policy’s
· Ability to track work and services electronically
· Experience with a variety of hand tools that includes but no limited to; chippers, chain saws, mowers, edgers, clippers, rakes, and hedge trimmers
· Strong communication skills for both customers and co-workers
· Strong work ethic, positive attitude to provide quality work and customer service
· Being on time and ready to begin work each day
· Desire to learn and improve with a growing company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
