SalaryOverview:
We are seeking full and/or part time Lawn Care Crewmembers to join our team. As a Lawn Care Crewmember, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. If you have a passion for outdoor work and take pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, mulching, and spring/fall cleanups
- Operate a variety of hand tools and lawn maintenance equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Lawn Care or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks as needed
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
