We are a team of Lawn Care Specialists who offer our valuable clients all kinds of landscape services such as; performing lawn applications, lawn aeration, tree-care treatments, and basic tree and shrub trimming (basic training provided). We provide top-notch quality service and provide our clients with maintenance practices that they should follow. As we have managed to serve many clients, we are now looking forward to growing our business, for which we need a Lawn Care Expert to join our team. The dedicated specialist would be responsible for maintaining the residential lawns and taking good care of the corporate clients. Our focus is to partner with the client and or business and ensure that all plants, trees, and lawns are healthy and growing for years to come.

Job Requirements

Before receiving the position, the applicant must pass an IDA State Licensing exam for a commercial operator. Taylor's Way will help you prepare and coordinate testing at our facility for qualified applicants.

To fit in at Taylor's Way you must be friendly, care about your clients, and feel a tremendous personal responsibility to provide excellent quality.

You must have a valid IL driver's license and a clean driving record.

We work Monday - Friday. On occasion, during peak times of the year, in April-Sept you must be able to work on Saturdays.

You must be able to pass a drug test and no D.U.I.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18-$20/hour based on experience
