Greener Side Lawn and Landscape is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Team Member. This position offers the opportunity to become a leader in our company and make a positive impact in the field of lawn and landscape maintenance. If you have a valid driver's license, can pass a drug test, have experience in the industry, and possess a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing
- Mulching, bush trimming, and tree trimming (up to ten feet)
- Aeration and overseeding
- Clean ups
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Experience in the lawn and landscape field
- Knowledge of equipment such as stand-on mowers, push mowers, string trimmers, edgers, leaf blowers, aerators, spreaders, hedge trimmers, rakes, shovels, bed edgers, and chain saws
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
- Teachable and willing to learn
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
Hours:
This position will start with 30-40 hours per week and may increase to over 40+ hours as the season progresses.
NEVER WORK SUNDAYS!!!
ONLY WORK SATURDAYS AS NEEDED!!
Dress Code:
At Greener Side Lawn and Landscape, we take pride in our appearance and professionalism. To start, the dress code will require tan pants/shorts and a plain green shirt with no prints. We will eventually provide company shirts, sweaters, and jackets. Ripped clothing will not be allowed, and attire should be suitable for the weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.75 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Lawn and Landscape: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Grandview, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
