Lawn Care Specialist

```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to promote healthy growth
- Identify and address common lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and diseases
- Assist with landscaping projects including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and Lawn Care techniques
- Experience operating power tools and equipment commonly used in lawn maintenance
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of tree trimming and basic landscaping principles
- Familiarity with snow plowing techniques during winter months
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
