Starting Compensation: $70,000 Annually & Can Increase Based Upon Experience + Uncapped Commission and Bonus

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results oriented manager to help grow our Northwest Atlanta location while building and developing our team of technicians.

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for providing leadership and daily support to our team of fertilizer and irrigation technicians. Ensures that our customers receive exceptional and timely service. Develops and implements sales strategies to drive business growth with residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Trains, coaches and supervises technicians.
- Trains team in customer service, technical skills, safety policies and procedures.
Technical Guidance
- Evaluates lawns through diagnosis of disease and inspection of problems or other issues.
- Evaluates quality of service provided to customers through technician accuracy, adherence to best practices, policies and procedures.
Business Development
- Actively drives sales through new leads, referrals, existing client upsells.
- Develops relationships with commercial contacts to grow commercial client portfolio.
Management
- Oversees daily operations. Prepares work schedules. Conducts team meetings.
- Maintains proper inventory of products with vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3+ years of Lawn Care experience.
- 1-3+ years' experience in a lead, supervisory or management role.
- 1-3+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years of professional work history.
- Proficient in using relevant software applications (Microsoft Office).
- Valid state driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to obtain proper licenses for Fertilization and Irrigation.
- Ability to diagnose and apply appropriate treatment through IPM.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fertilizer and irrigation materials.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and use of applicator equipment and technology.
- Vocational/Technical degree in aligned area of study.
