Lawn Care and Landscaping Team Member

Compensation:

• Join our growing team! Our Pay-for-Performance system is great for high achievers. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make. You will have a base pay of $20/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day in bonuspay!
• Average pay for first-year Team members is $20-24/hr.
• PLUS an Addtional Bonuses each pay period for reliable employees.

Details:

• Part-time

• 8-10 hrs days (usually)
• Typically off on weekends

Experience:

• Professional mowing experience preferred
• If you do NOT have professional experience, you must be highly coordinated, in great shape, and be a fast learner

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be entirely drug and smoke-free
• Reliable transportation
• Own your own smartphone & data plan
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform other physical requirements
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check. (Forthcoming about past failures if there is a record and demonstrate how you are working towards becoming a better individual)
