Leading US-based immigration law firm Corporate Immigration Partners P.C. works collaboratively with the tech-enabled process and EoR solution company Pacston to find Case Processing Managers - (H-1B/I-485) to meet our customers' business growth demands.
This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the law / legal field, receiving training and exposure to the field of administration, public policy, scientific, federal law and assisting in global talent migration. Ideal applicants should be able to work 40 hours every week.

What Your Job Duties Will Entail As A Law Clerk (CPM)

  • Review passport and visa-related documents to help identify potential sources of filing errors
  • Sort and prepare clients' materials in an effective and efficient manner for submission to the USCIS
  • Retrieve saved documents from the client's internal account, as specified in the client's petition letter
  • Look up and/or update useful statistics referenced in the petition letter as needed
  • Correct minor errors in the petition letter and/or index of exhibits
  • Communicate with clients regarding missing or insufficient documentation
  • Train and incoming new legal evidence specialists
  • Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials
  • Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Other Admirative duties as assigned

  • BA degree (required); JD Degree or LLM Degree preferred
  • Bilingual (Mandarin & English)
  • Excellent English writing skills.
