Laundry/Housekeeping

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our hotel, as well as ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and organized.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Inspect linen for stains or damages and report any issues to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
