Our growing Property Management company is hiring for a Cleaning Specialist. The duties include but are not limited to:
```Duties:```
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest laundry
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Inspect linens for stains or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a hotel or commercial laundry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of laundering techniques, including proper sorting, washing, drying, and folding methods
- Familiarity with operating laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Attention to detail to ensure linens are properly cleaned and free from stains or damage
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
