Job Overview:
Focused on upkeep of the Swift Street brand and store, manage customer relations, and facilitate wash-dry-fold order processing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Clean and maintain the store and car wash facilities
- Coordinate the in/out flow of customer orders and support with order processing
- Stock vending machines and manage inventory of supplies and detergents
- Perform high level maintenance walk through of laundromat and car wash
- Assist with any other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the service industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
