Lathe Operator - Quick Hire!!

1st shift available

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in lathe operation.
• Understanding and adherence to all relevant ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 Quality Management System Processes.
• Willingness to train and operate CNC Lathes (turning) to produce parts meeting specifications.
• Ability to work from job travelers, manufacturing drawings, tool drawings and sketches.
• Skill in checking dimensions and quality of work using comparators, gages and other measuring devices.
• Maintain machine conditions by performing tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to operate various multi-axis machines.
• Experience in running and inspecting precision parts (.0002).
• Proficient in using a wide range of measurement devices such as optical comparators, indicators, micrometers etc.
• Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances. (GD&T)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and inspection instructions.

Job Responsibilities:
