We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to work with our customer service staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and enjoy working with the public. This position is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience working with both visitors and hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

• Speak clearly over the phone and have a good grasp of the English language.
• Be able to type and take notes while speaking.
• Deal with difficult customers.
• Answer phones quickly and maintain a positive attitude while doing so.
• Make a good impression on customers visiting the Front Desk.
• Deal with receptionists and desk clerks at other branches.
• Maintain the appearance of the building.
• Work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
