Overview

• Experienced Lash Artist certified in classic lash extensions with a strong work ethic and elevated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose each client’s specific lash needs & establish best treatment.

• Take before & after photos for reference and promotion

• Maintain high quality of service standards at all times.

• Perform reception when scheduled.

• Consult daily checklist during downtime.

• Inform supervisor/owner of any low inventory or supplies

• Maintain constantcommunication with co-workers.

• Update customer account with notes of services performed.

• Ensure cleanliness of room at beginning, during, & at end of shift.

• Sell & educate clients on pertinent products/packages during/following their service.

• Arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to first scheduled appointment to prepare room and review client list for the day.

• Be available for any team meetings that are regularly scheduled on a monthly basis.

Hours of Employment

Hours have been discussed and agreed to. You will be responsible for appointments booked during scheduled times & should ensure time is kept open in case of last minute appointment bookings. Logins will be created that will enable you to review your schedule remotely. Should you require a change to scheduled day, notification should be made as soon as possible. Additional hours should be made available to accommodate clients. Company will make best effort to customize a schedule for you and fill all available time slots through discounted services if necessary.

Wages (THIS IS BASE WAGES FOR NEW HIRES)

• You are paid on a service commission/hourly rate package.
• 48% commission of the total price of any service performed.
• $16/HR for any hours spent dedicated to cleaning/reception hours
• Pay periods are every other Friday
  • PTO: 1 day accrues each calendar year @ 6 hour days @ HR
