We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. If you have a passion for beauty and possess excellent technical skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Apply individual eyelash extensions using various techniques
- Customize lash extensions based on client preferences and natural lashes
- Provide consultations to clients to determine their desired look
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell additional beauty services and products to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Demonstrate proper aftercare instructions to clients
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in applying classic and volume lash extensions
- Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Knowledge of color theory and hair styling techniques is a plus
- Experience in straight razor techniques is a plus
- Ability to manage social media platforms for self-promotion is a plus
- Hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service

Pay: $21.52 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
