Laser / Punch Programmer (Amada)

Job description:

MF&B Restaurant Systems Inc, an international conveyor pizza oven manufacturer based in Dunbar Pennsylvania, is currently seeking a CNC programmer for its current line of Amada Punch/ Laser Combos, Punch, Press brakes, Robotic Press brake, and a soon to be installed Salvagnini Panel bender.

Primary Duties Include:

· Programming Amada lasers and Punch with VPSS3i Blank Software

· Programming Amada Press Brakes using VPSS3i Bend Software

· Responsible for all sheeting and nesting parts together for best yields

· Develop cutting paths and optimize nests to maximize sheet utilization.

· Play a role in quality assurance efforts, ensuring the accuracy of cnc parts

· Collaborate with planning, estimating, and sales to proper fabrication of parts.

· Work with purchasing to ensure correct steel ordering.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years’ experience programming/nesting laser and punch machines (preferably Amada)

Experience with 3i blank and 3i Bend a

Engineering background/schooling preferred.

Self-starter with the ability to work through problems unassisted.

Experience with Amada software preferred.

Experience in light gauge sheet metal required.

Organization is a must.

1st shift M-F

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
