Landscaping Supervisor / Crew Lead

This position is a full-time position directly responsible for managing field operations as well as interacting with office personnel, in either residential or commercial maintenance.

Experience

Must have knowledge of

• Irrigation Systems
• Residential
• Commercial Construction
• Landscaping

Responsibilities

• Responsible for crew performance
• Must have a hands-on working knowledge of the type of work assigned to do
• Responsible for training of laborers on crew

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Drivers License with acceptable driving record
• Clean MVR
• Must be punctual, responsible and have a positive attitude
• Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to their full potential
• Experience in commercial landscaping or landscaping maintenance
• Must be self-driven and reliable

Pay Rate

• Starting from $25 and up

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
