Landscaping Laborer

BlandaScaping, LLC is looking for a hard working and dependable landscaper to join our team. BlandaScaping has been in business for six years and continues to grow and expand with each new season. We are always on the lookout for dedicated team members to grow with us. As a small family owned business, we believe our employees should be treated like family as well. We appreciate the hard work and integrity of our employees and like to show that throughout the season with incentives and various acts of appreciation.

Pay Rate can range between $18 - $20 an hour and is dependent upon experience and skillset. New employees will receive a $500 performance bonus after 30 days of ideal performance and attendance.

This is a full time seasonal position typically running from early March through December. Attendance is of the highest importance. Employees must arrive for work everyday and on time.

A standard week will require an employee to work the following schedule:

• Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm (or until completion).
• Saturdays will be required, typically during April-June

Requirements of the position:

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• Must be able to work long days (10+ hours)
• Must be drug-free
• Must be dependable, honest and have strong integrity
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Experience is preferred, but not necessary

Individual will perform various tasks in relation to:

• Organic Landscaping and Installations
• Lawn Care and Maintenance
• Hardscaping
• Any field projects booked within reason

We work with the following uncomfortable and/or dangerous situations:

• Cold weather
• Rain
• Excessive Heat
• Poison Ivy/Oak/Sumac
• Bees and other insects
• Small and Heavy Machinery
