We are currently hiring lawn care/landscape specialists:

Candidates must be willing to work outdoors, have organization skills, ability to complete appropriate paperwork, and possess good leadership and communication skills. The team member will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ and management’s expectations. The team member will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with subordinates, peers and his/her supervisor. All team members will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Landscape technicians apply knowledge of plants, trees, and grasses in growing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. They also use knowledge of aesthetics to creatively design gardens, walkways, sitting areas, bridges, and other functional aspects of outdoor areas.

Qualifications:

• Outdoor Labor: 1 year (Preferred)
• Landscape and/or Mowing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience riding zero turn riding mowers required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to an edger, commercial mower, blower, chainsaw, line trimmer, etc.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. + consistently throughout the day.
• Physically able to perform job tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to deal with employees in a high-stress environment while keeping your composure on and off the job.
• Salary base on experience/ability.
