Landscape/Hardscape Sales

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hardscaping Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor living spaces and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the hardscaping or landscaping industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Hardscaping Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate hardscaping solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized hardscaping designs that meet their aesthetic preferences, budgetary requirements, and functional needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our hardscaping products and services.
• Generate accurate project estimates and proposals in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company profitability goals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, addressing any concerns or objections to secure new business.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and installation crews, to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, providing regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hardscaping, landscaping, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of hardscaping materials, techniques, and design principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse clientele.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
