A good job candidate must be able to perform strenuous physical tasks, such as mowing and weed-eating. They also need to work great in a team, and follow all instructions.

- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- A valid license for working with mowers and tractors
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and get additional training if necessary
