• Join a well-established, 14-time National and State Award-winning team
• Assist in enhancing homes while collaborating with the client and design team in a supportive environment where good design is the focus
• Generate new business and provide support to our repeat clients
• Consult with clients in transforming their backyards into an outdoor oasis
• Schedule consultations and visit the property with our Landscape designer while gathering the necessary information to develop a design and proposal
• Collaborate closely with the designer while developing designs and proposals
• Estimate accurate costs for the installation of the entire project
• Present the final design and proposal to the client
• Provide a sales activity report during weekly sales meetings with the team
• Work 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We seek a LandscapeSales Consultant to join our tight-knit, family-oriented team. Our Ideal Landscape Sales Consultant:

• Experience: Previous sales, construction, nursery, or landscaping is helpful; experience managing landscaping jobs and crews is preferred. Sales experience is preferred but not required; Willing to train the right person.
• Knowledgeable: The ability to learn and understand the phases of landscape projects and have a thorough knowledge of plant materials & horticultural practices.
• Tech Savvy: An understanding of computer software programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is preferred.
• Active: This position requires the ability to do a walkaround with clients to assess their property, which may include hills or uneven terrain.
• Relational: Able to collaborate and communicate effectively & respectfully with various people within the company and with customers – enjoys being part of a creative team and exchanging ideas and information.
• Ideal Team Player: Humble. Driven. Great Interpersonal Skills. Strong desire to learn.
• Committed: Fully engaged in each project; enjoys being challenged and learning new skills; able to accomplish creative tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Hardworking and motivated.
