Here is what working as a Landscape Horticulturist at Tournoux Landcare Service will entail:

- Directing the care and maintenance of gardening and horticulture operations
- Creating and maintaining effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public, using your excellent communication skills
- Taking pride in carrying out scientific and statistical analysis of horticultural problems
- Demonstrating your attention to detail by maintaining accurate records and making comprehensive reports
- Using your expertise in fertilizing turf, flowers, and trees while monitoring the area for pests and diseases and making recommendations for programs with pesticide consultations
- Preparing schedules
We ask that you have these qualifications:
- Knowledge of horticulture, floriculture, arboricultural, agriculture, and agronomic skills and practices
- Knowledge of administration, management, planning, and maintenance principles and practices of horticultural planting operations
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in horticultural operations
- Ability to perform physical requirements, with or without accommodations, including lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
- Supervision and leadership experience
- Pesticide applicators license (preferred)
- Knowledge of irrigation systems (preferred)
