Landscape Groundskeeping Crew Member

```Overview```
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Groundskeeping Crew Members for the 2024 season (March through November with the possibility to return the following year).

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and a passion for outdoor work.

Our crews work four ten-hour days per week with the opportunity for overtime. All employees are off for Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. The usual work week is Monday through Thursday but may vary due to holidays and weather delays.

```Responsibilities```
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Maintain flower beds and garden areas by weeding, planting, and mulching
- Assist in tree care activities including pruning and removal
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
- Perform general cleanup of work areas

```Requirements```
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
- Has a great attitude and willingness to learn

-Has a great work ethic, takes pride in their work, and is self-motivated

-Can stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist throughout the day

-Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions

-Works safely at all times and reports any unsafe conditions to their supervisor

-Can be flexible as our schedule changes depending on the weather and season
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
