Landscape Foreman

We are currently seeking hard-working, dependable leaders to join our team. As the key point of contact between field workers and supervisors, you perform a critical role in ensuring the Landscape Director’s vision comes to life accurately for the customer. If you love coordinating lots of details with great precision and efficiency, this challenging position is right for you!

We are looking for full-time landscaping and hardscaping foremen in Bloomington who have experience in:

● Supervising and managing landscaping crews onsite 

● Ordering and estimating materials for jobs and being able to make changes on the fly

● Overseeing jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company core values

● Communicating plans and production goals with crew members and homeowners

● Can operate all machinery we use with ability to practice common sense, while ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed 

● Tracking and recording all expenses

● Building schedules and confirming crew hours worked

● Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion

● Maintaining a clean worksite

● Completing paperwork and information pertaining to job

● Willingness to go above and beyond.

Applicants must:

● Have 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams

● Have strong understanding of our landscape processes

● Have in-depth knowledge of landscaping equipment and maintenance

● Be able to read a job proposal and design

● Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record

● Be able to work variable hours which may include overtime

● Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
