ALM is a landscape construction company. We largely do new installations for commercial and residential properties. We specialize in landscaping, irrigation, drainage, low voltage lighting, and sod. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and ambitious.

A good foreman is one who:

Manages and supervises landscaping operations and maintains grounds and landscape of private and business residences. Supervises and participates with Technicians in preparing, grading, constructing landscape installations, sodding lawns, transplanting shrubs, irrigation/drainage installation and repair, low voltage lighting installation and repair, operating power equipment, as well as manual tools. Landscape maintenance using power equipment, weeding, applying fertilizers, spraying pesticides and herbicides. Keeps daily records of jobs, ensures that the equipment assigned is properly used and taken care of, and aids in training crew members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Driver's License, 3 years of experience in Professional Landscaping, 1 year of experience in supervising preferred, Capability of lifting 75lbs, Knowledge of installing irrigation and drainage systems, Knowledge of Low-Voltage Lighting, Bilingual capabilities (Spanish) highly valued, Equipment experience (dingo, skid steer, Mini-Excavator).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week
