Landscape Design Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Landscape Designer Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our hopes is to find someone who will be able to handle office administrative task as well as having a passion for creating landscapes. You we do not have to be a proficient designer as we can train you along the way.

Duties:

• Office administrative task -light book keeping, scheduling projects and client meetings.
• Communicate with customers and crews.
• Assist with company sales and designing.
• Submit permits on projects.

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of plants, landscapes, hardscapes, water features and drainage is a plus.
• Experience with computer design programs is a plus but not required.
• Creativity and an eye for detail in designing outdoor spaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
