Landscape Construction Laborer position description:

The Landscape Construction Laborer must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of Landscape Construction to include operating equipment, demolition, site and soil prep, grading, planting all materials, and interfacing with customers. Requires minimal supervision and conducts all jobs in a safe manner.

Landscape Construction Laborer Benefits/Perks:

- Salary: $18.00 - $21.00/hour (depending on performance and experience)

Landscape Construction Laborer Qualifications:

- Valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to/from work site

- Ability to lift 50 pounds

- 1-2 years of previous residential and/or commercial Landscape Construction experience (preferred)

- Knowledge of construction techniques

- Bilingual in Spanish and English in oral and written forms (preferred)

Landscape Construction Laborer Requirements:

- Hard-working individual who works well in small team environment as well as independently

- The Landscape Construction Laborer must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements.

- We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about the landscape industry!
