Hours: The ideal candidates will have open availability from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm in addition to occasional Saturdays

Location: High Point, NC

Experience Required: 2 or 4-year degree in Horticulture or Turfgrass Management or equivalent supervisory/ management experience in landscape management and operations.

Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions (extreme heat and cold).

Responsibilities: The Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations.  Specific responsibilities include work scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, troubleshooting/problem-solving, orientation/training of supervisory and support personnel, safety compliance, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided properly and cost-effectively.
