Landcare Supervisor

Integrity Lawn and Landcare is seeking a dedicated Landscape Supervisor to join our team. In this Full-Time Year Round role, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the quality and completion of landscaping projects. This includes operating various machinery, maintaining mulch beds, and performing tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting. Our typical season is late March/early April to the end of November. Work week is M-Th, with occasional overtime. Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial truck and trailer to various locations
• Operate machinery such as skid steer, loader, Dingo, Power buggy, mini X
• Track time entry for crew
• Ensure quality and completion of work
• Maintain mulch beds
• Perform landscaping tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting
• Conduct spring and fall cleanup

Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role within a landscaping crew
• Proficiency in operating landscaping machinery
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to track and manage time effectively

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (capability to be insured to drive company vehicles) with trailer experience
• Pass drug screen and sufficient background check

Compensation:

• $20 - $25 an hour. Plus a possible monthly efficiency bonus!
