Immediate need for a Senior Survey Technician in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Significant backlog of booked projects, exceptional growth potential plus highly visible and high end project types.
Job Details:
- Oversee and mentor CAD Drafters and review work by Drafters for accuracy while ensuring accuracy to meet company and client standards.
- Assist and work directly with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
- Create mapping from field crew data collector files, field sketches, digital photographs and reference maps.
- Preparation and set-up of survey data for field crews.
- Post survey field data analysis and/or conversions as necessary.
- Construction layout calculations, as-built surveys and/or sketches.
- Grade sheet preparation and Topographic analysis.
- Preparation of Subdivision Plans and Lot Consolidation Plans.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years surveying experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience relating to Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE).
- Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry.
- Ability to meet project deadlines within budget.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
