As a Land Survey Crew Chief, you will play a critical role in managing and leading a survey team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and high-quality survey data in accordance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies. You will be responsible for various types of Land Surveys, including ALTA Surveys, Area Development Plans, As-built Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Certified Survey Maps, Condominium Plats, Construction Surveying and Staking, Easement Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Land Use Planning, Legal Descriptions, Letter of Map Amendments (LOMAs), Site Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Topographic Surveys, and Wetland Delineation Mapping.

We are looking for a candidate with:

Experience and Education

• An Associates Degree in surveying or civil engineering
• A Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or willing to obtain registration within 12 months of employment
• Must have 4 years of survey/field experience
• Must have a valid drivers license in the state of Wisconsin
• Office automation tools such as MS Word/Excel/Outlook
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Engineering automation tools
• Trimble or Leica GPS
• Robotic total stations
